3. Payment Terms
All purchases are processed securely. Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes. Payment is required in full before order fulfillment. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
Refunds are available within 14 days for unused products in original condition. Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed.
4. Intellectual Property
All camera equipment designs, photography resources, and website content are the exclusive property of Presentera Camera Works. You receive a personal, non-transferable license upon purchase. Reproduction or commercial redistribution without authorization is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Presentera Camera Works shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
